​Schedule a meeting with me before baby arrives, including if you are expecting a stillbirth or infant loss, and we'll discuss your options, evaluate your family's needs and goals, and go over any questions you may have so you enter into parenthood feeling prepared and grounded. Depending on your priorities and concerns, these personalized meetings cover topics like feeding issues, provider recommendations, meal suggestions, cloth diaper use, physical recovery, typical newborn behavior, boundary setting, and more!

The newborn phase is full of decisions, and doing research can get overwhelming fast!

$75 per month, or $50 if you have booked another service.

Let's get your home ready for baby! This service is about crossing things off that dang To-Do List so that you can relax and be present during the last stages of your pregnancy. I come to your home and help wash/fold baby clothes, organize the nursery, put together swings or cribs, prep nutritious freezer meals, set up a "home base" for the first few days, and more! We can also go over any of your questions or concerns while I'm there.

Private Prenatal Breastfeeding Classes cover how to prepare, what to expect at each stage, how to troubleshoot basic problems, the truth behind common myths, how to make the transition to pumping/bottle-feeding as stress-free as possible, basic lactation biology, and more! A partner or other support person is encouraged to join, and we can talk about ways for them to be involved.

These personalized classes last about 3 hours. You'll receive a document with all the information I cover as well as additional resources to help you throughout your breastfeeding relationship. Forget to ask something during our time together? Don't worry! ​ A week of text/email support is included.

Sometimes all we need in order to feel human again is a nap and a shower. Book a one-off or weekly daytime shift and get a mind and body reset! 

​

$25/hour with a 3-hour minimum. 

Some situations I commonly support families through include, but are not limited to:​

• assessing latch and assisting with positions

• establishing supply in the early days

• learning to pump and bottle feed

• starting solid foods

• adjusting a low or over supply

• weaning

Consults take place in the comfort of your own home and last 1-2 hours.
