Postpartum Doula Services

Every day I'm with your family will look a bit different as the needs of you and baby change.  I start each shift by discussing your current priorities and goals, and together we create a plan.

 

During the day, support may include troubleshooting the nursing relationship, caring for baby while parents nap or shower, playing with older siblings, doing light housework, listening to the birth story, recommending products or providers, prepping meals and snacks, taking baby for a walk, brewing cups of herbal tea, etc.

The priority during overnight support is generally helping everyone get high-quality sleep. I may do quiet chores like folding baby's laundry or washing bottles, assist with feedings, change diapers, or make coffee and a nutritious breakfast in the morning.

$25/hour daytime (8am-6pm, 3 hour min.)

$35/hour nighttime (6pm-8am, 8 hour min.)
